How many times have you had "THE TIME" you're motivated,
encouraged, you have a great plan and then you get into your life and just
can’t make it work or just don’t know what to do? Sure, you have a great plan -
set small goals, eat this, do that, blah, blah, blah…but when the reality hits
that you have to do it AND follow it, you just don’t.
- What are you missing out on because of your weight?
- What would your life look like if you were "X" pounds lighter?
- What activities would you be doing that you are not doing now?
- What is it that you want that you don’t have?
- If you don’t lose the weight what will happen?
